About Project

Industry leading manufacturer company of faucet was expanding its operation due to increased product demand. At the same time the company had difficulty fulfilling its current open operator positions. To help with this situation, ICA as contracted to develop press tending solution. Relaying on our experience with Universal Robots we proposed using UR10e with high precision Schunk gripper, ICA was able to automate the press tending application. Our solutions allowed the company to keep expanding while keeping up with current production with less operators.
